Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Travel Experience the charm of Waukesha, WI—a vibrant city nestled among picturesque rivers and lively community hubs. This travel nursing assignment offers the ideal balance of professional challenge within a welcoming Midwestern setting. This 13-week opportunity places you on a 10-bed ICU unit, providing an immersive environment where advanced critical care skills are essential. Each shift adds valuable experience to your résumé and opens the door to future roles.
Schedule/Hours:
36 guaranteed hours per week 12-hour night shifts (NOCs) Every other weekend and holiday required
Role Requirements:
Current, unencumbered WI RN license BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be provided upon application) At least 3 years of recent ICU experience Completed at least 1 previous travel assignment Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 12 months)
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting Float to sister facilities based on census as needed (skills-based only) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-level patient care Adapt to fast-paced scenarios and shifting priorities Uphold clinical standards and compliance requirements
