Shifts and hours tailored to travel nurse needs

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification (other certifications preferred but not required) Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to thrive in new clinical settings

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med-Surg unit Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing interventions Monitor and document patient progress, maintain accurate records Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff Ensure adherence to established safety and quality standards
