Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing (preferred, but not required) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt to new environments and fast-paced teams
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and other perioperative professionals Ensure sterile technique, proper equipment preparation, and patient safety at every step Provide compassionate, thorough patient care before, during, and after surgery Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic surgical environment
