Job Description

Women's Health RN -
WI Resource Team Where You Will Work:
Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Women's Health departments care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.
We're Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the
American Heart Association Experience:
Must support 2 services - Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, or NICU (2 years' experience strongly preferred) Weekend Requirement (Friday 1900 - Monday 0700): 4 Weekend Shifts per 6 week schedule
Holiday Requirement:
2 Holidays per year
What You'll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
Responsibilities include:
Providing safe, therapeutic, evidence‑based nursing care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures Demonstrating adaptability by floating to multiple care environments within a designated Zone, integrating quickly into new departments, and collaborating with diverse teams Leading efforts that support the safest patient environment and best possible patient experience Coordinating care for diverse patient populations within various acute‑care, hospital outpatient departments and clinic settings Maintaining the competency required to practice in all acute‑care facilities within the designated zone Perks of Working with the
