Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care for med-surg patients, focusing on safety, healing, and empathy. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and promptly address patient needs. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document changes. Work alongside physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and discharge plans. Uphold rigorous infection control and patient privacy standards in every interaction.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license (compact state licensure welcome). Minimum one year's experience in a medical-surgical setting. BLS certification (additional credentials appreciated). Solid assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Adaptable, positive, and collaborative professional approach.
