Required Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Proven experience in an operating room setting BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and EMR systems
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and the team with intraoperative procedures in accordance with hospital and national standards Monitor patient status and provide effective, compassionate care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols Document accurately and efficiently within electronic health records Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
