Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care tailored to each patient's unique medical needs Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments as directed by provider orders Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, post-discharge care, and medication management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and facilitate patient care plans Respond promptly to emergency situations and adapt to changing patient needs
