Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable hours (details provided during the interview process)
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Recent experience with Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills BLS certification (required) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to new environments and varying workflows
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to Med/Surg patients, including assessments, monitoring, and interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Educate patients and families on care plans and at-home care instructions Uphold patient safety and clinical standards
