• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing assessments.

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, assessments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

• Education:

• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventative measures to promote overall wellness.

• Emergency Response:

• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide immediate care.

• Mentorship:

• Support the onboarding and training of new nursing staff and assist in the development of nursing students during clinical rotations.

• Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in WV.
• Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or acute care setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
