Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to a variety of adult patients with medical and post-surgical needs Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress while collaborating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide patient/family education Implement evidence-based nursing interventions in alignment with facility protocols and safety standards
