Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for surgery, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process Assist surgeons during procedures by managing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a sterile environment Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and other team members for seamless patient care Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to strict compliance and infection control protocols Provide post-operative care instructions, advocating for patient recovery and safety
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications (other certifications may be required) Strong critical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking skills Experience working in diverse clinical environments is highly valued
