Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience BLS certification required Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to quickly acclimate to new units and documentation systems
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to policy Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) Educate patients and families, supporting safe discharges and health management
