Key Qualifications:
Valid and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year's experience in Med-Surg nursing BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide patient care on a Med-Surg unit, including assessment, medication administration, and care plan development Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record Support discharge planning and patient education initiatives Demonstrate commitment to high standards of safety and quality improvement
