Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical floor, ensuring safety and best practices. Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document patient responses. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about treatments, post-care instructions, and discharge planning. Adhere strictly to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Active RN license with multi-state or West Virginia eligibility. Minimum of one year Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred. BLS certification (ACLS a plus). Strong assessment, organization, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
