Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (med-surg) setting BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Proficient assessment and critical thinking skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition Collaborate effectively with physicians, assistants, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge needs, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with unit policies Adhere to infection control and patient safety procedures at all times
