Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum one year of Med-Surg (MS) nursing experience Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse adult patient populations in a Med-Surg setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Educate patients and families on care processes and post-discharge needs Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards
