Contract Compensation:
$2000•$2500•weekly Key Responsibilities Direct and supervise all nursing services within the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Lead and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Oversee resident care plans and clinical outcomes. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred. Strong Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. #P1
