Schedule:
07:00-15:30.
Compensation:
Local PPW $2,640 (based on 40 hours); Local hourly $66. We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to direct and elevate clinical services. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a BSN or higher, current BLS certification, and prior nursing leadership experience—preferably as a Director of Nursing.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative, positive work environment. Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and high-quality outcomes. Recruit, onboard, and supervise nursing personnel, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Maintain regulatory compliance, drive infection control initiatives, and uphold patient safety and quality assurance standards. Manage the nursing department budget efficiently and responsibly. Advocate for patients' needs, promptly addressing concerns to ensure patient-centered care.
