Key Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Previous experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications (active) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Ability to quickly adapt to new team dynamics
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures Ensure adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery Accurately document patient information and surgical activities Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition Maintain OR equipment and supplies
