RN Skilled Nursing Facility:

Night Shift 12-Hour Shifts 36
Hours/Week Every Other Weekend Requirements:
Active RN License Minimum 2 years of RN experience BLS Certification Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Experience with IV therapy, PICC lines, central lines, and
Mediports Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care for skilled nursing and long-term care residents. Manage IV therapy, PICC lines, central lines, Mediports, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions, and IV fluids. Assess and monitor resident conditions while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care. Document patient care accurately in PointClickCare (PCC). Float to other units within the facility as needed.
