This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership capacity while providing direct patient care. As an Nurse, you will oversee nursing services on your shift, guide support staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care. You'll play a key role in clinical decision-making, care coordination, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for residents and their families. Core Responsibilities Provide and oversee nursing care in accordance with care plans, physician directives, and clinical standards Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts Educate residents and families on care plans and health-related topics Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives Respond to urgent or emergency situations using sound clinical judgment Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Nursing (RN or LPN) license in Wyoming, in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Leadership experience or ability to supervise staff effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high standards of resident care Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Care Cash Program Employee referral bonuses Positive, team-oriented workplace Grow Your Career With Us Polaris Rehab is committed to helping team members grow professionally.
