Home Health RN Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN / Contract

Nurse Kaysha Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional RN to provide direct patient care in the home setting in Jackson, Wyoming, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a nurse who is comfortable working independently, communicates clearly, completes documentation in a timely manner, and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Overview:

The Home Health RN will provide direct patient care to patients in their homes. The owner will oversee daily operations and coordinate most aspects of care, allowing this role to focus primarily on patient care and support. This position is best suited for an RN with strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to recognize and communicate changes in patient condition.

Duties:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Perform patient visits, nursing assessments, and ongoing evaluations Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the owner regarding patient needs, concerns, and updates Provide compassionate, professional care to patients and families Follow physician orders, care plans, and agency policies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in patient homes Strong documentation and organizational skills Home health experience preferred, but not required Must pass a drug test Must pass a background check
