Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert patient care across diverse medical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical procedures, assessments, and treatments, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform treatment plans. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, following strict aseptic techniques. Manage complex clinical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, wound care, and tube feeding with precision and care. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information thoroughly and accurately. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies tailored to individual needs. Provide emergency response interventions in urgent situations such as acute pain episodes or trauma cases within Level I or Level II trauma centers. Support specialized care areas including hospice & palliative medicine, memory care, behavioral health, and geriatrics with expert knowledge and compassionate attention. Extensive experience with Epic, Cerner or other EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient tracking. Proficiency in advanced clinical skills such as IV insertion, phlebotomy, ventilator management, and aseptic technique. Knowledge of
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding for accurate medical documentation and billing processes. Strong understanding of infection control protocols and laboratory specimen collection/processing procedures. Experience working in diverse settings such as hospitals (including ICU, emergency room, trauma centers), outpatient clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care environments. Familiarity with specialized treatments including botulinum toxin therapy, dialysis procedures, ostomy care, mammography support services, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Ability to handle complex cases involving critical care transport, occupational health issues like workers' compensation law compliance, or acute care scenarios requiring rapid assessment and intervention.
