Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Imaging Services Assistant Director, the Ultrasound Coordinator/Supervisor provides administrative and advanced-level clinical leadership and operational support for the Ultrasound service line. This role supports daily workflow, staffing coordination, protocol standardization, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The coordinator/supervisor serves as a clinical resource for sonographers and providers, supports competency and training for staff and students, and partners with the Imaging Services Director/Assistant Director on quality improvement, service excellence, and accreditation/readiness activities. The incumbent maintains a positive customer service attitude when performing all duties, serves as a role model and mentor for professional and courteous interactions, accepts personal responsibility for professional practice by adhering to standards of the profession, and carries out responsibilities consistent with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound or Ultrasound Certification A minimum of two (2) years of Imaging - Ultrasound experience Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment At CPH, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
