Phone Operator/Patient Service Representative

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills to add to our amazing Front Desk team! One year minimum experience in a medical setting, in ophthalmology/optometry preferred (or equivalent customer service experience). Your primary responsibilities will be answering all incoming calls which includes screening each call, triaging as needed, and scheduling appointments. Secondary duties include assisting at the front desk checking-in patients which includes obtaining and documenting all demographic and insurance information This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30 with a 1/2 hour lunch. We offer a full benefit package which includes Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay (9 holidays), 401k, and health/dental insurance. Compensation is $18.00-$22.00 depending on experience.
