About Us S2 Medical provides essential medical supplies to children with developmental disabilities. We ensure families receive the supplies they need with compassion and reliability. Job Overview As an Account Manager and Patient Advocate, you'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for parents and caregivers. You'll guide families through the monthly supply process, ensure timely and accurate orders, and provide high-quality support with professionalism and heart. This is a detailed, fast-paced role that makes a direct difference in the lives of children and families every day. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for families via phone, text, and email Manage monthly supply needs and support families in selecting the right products Handle order entry, copay collection, and delivery tickets with accuracy Coordinate across departments to ensure timely service and resolve issues Use CRM tools to maintain accurate patient records and updates Follow up on billing or service issues and collaborate with internal teams as needed Assist with insurance documentation and support the claims process Participate in team trainings to stay current on policies, procedures, and product options
Qualifications Required:
Long-term employment history and experience in a professional office environment High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) Prior customer service experience (medical or healthcare setting preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM tools, and basic data entry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sensitive information Comfortable working independently and learning new systems Familiarity with DMEPOS regulations a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What We Offer Paid training.
