Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm No weekends/No Holidays/ No overnights - (Limited phone-only call rotation) Base + Bonus potential up to approximately $312K annually

Responsibilities :

Manage same-day sick visits and routine follow-ups in an outpatient setting Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, CHF, and hyperlipidemia Conduct preventive care screenings, health maintenance, and immuunization management Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs (HEDIS, STAR ratings) Great opportunity for physicians seeking strong compensation, work-life balance, and a patient-focused care model.

Requirements :

Board Certified Active and unrestricted State License Unrestricted DEA Medicare Advantage experience preferred Outpatient experience preferred
