GED Full Job Description Overview:
The Team Lead•Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, electronically update patient personal and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday•Thursday:
7:30 AM•4:45PM Friday:

Performs opening and closing clinic duties. Greets patients, checks in appointments and verifies insurance. Scans documents into electronic health record. Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day. Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day. Schedules follow up appointments as needed. Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record. Sells and tracks cosmetic products. Distributes mail. Prepares for next day scheduled appointments. Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training. Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
