Answer inbound calls promptly with professionalism and empathy Understand client needs and recommend appropriate care solutions Build trust and relationships with families during sensitive situations Share helpful community resources and support options Schedule in-home consultations and coordinate care start dates Convert inquiries into clients through consultative, phone-based sales What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 2 years of business or sales experience Proven success in phone-based sales and customer conversion Experience in home care or healthcare (preferred) Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Willingness to participate in occasional on-call rotation
