Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a friendly, respectful manner Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records in electronic systems Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:
