As one of the very first members of our Alabama Founding Team, you'll help establish the systems, culture, and client experience that will define Admirable Home Care for years to come. As Admirable Home Care continues to grow throughout Alabama, we anticipate expanding this position into a full-time leadership opportunity. We're looking for someone who is excited about helping build something meaningful from the very beginning. What You'll Do Welcome new clients and families with professionalism and compassion. Coordinate new client intakes and admissions. Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule caregiver assignments. Support caregivers with scheduling and communication. Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling. Prepare hiring and onboarding documents. Help organize community outreach events. Assemble referral packets, marketing materials, and new hire packets. Maintain employee and client records. Build relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations. Maintain HIPAA compliance. Provide general administrative support to leadership. Travel throughout our Alabama service area to conduct client admissions, complete required paperwork, and deliver an exceptional first impression of Admirable Home Care. Represent Admirable Home Care at community events, healthcare facilities, referral partner meetings, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, healthcare, scheduling, medical office administration, intake coordination, or administrative support Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance Ability and willingness to travel throughout our Alabama service area and comfortably enter clients' homes to complete admissions and represent Admirable Home Care professionally.

Home Care Home Health Hospice Medical Office Scheduling Intake Coordination Customer Service Travel Requirements This position requires regular travel throughout our Alabama service area to support client admissions, community outreach, referral development, and business operations. Applicants must have reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, and be comfortable entering clients' homes as part of the admissions and customer experience process.
