Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients and helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their visit. This role is responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and supporting the daily operations of the front office. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Greet patients and create a welcoming office atmosphere Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist patients with questions regarding appointments and office procedures Verify and update patient information as needed Support daily front office operations Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Maintain accurate patient records Utilize Open Dental software to manage scheduling and patient information Help ensure an efficient and positive patient experience Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Experience with Open Dental software preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and welcoming Dependable and professional Patient-focused and compassionate Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating with a variety of patients A strong team player who contributes to a positive office culture Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Consistent full-time schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Four-day work week Apply Today If you enjoy helping people, creating positive patient experiences, and working with a supportive dental team, we would love to hear from you.
