Reach Therapy Services has locations in Conway, Searcy, and Hot Springs where we provide pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. We pride ourselves on being a very supportive and collaborative clinic. You'll find very strong teamwork and communication between our clinic directors, providers, referral coordinators, and billing specialists. Key responsibilities include:
Medical record management Processing referrals Updating prescriptions Providing customer support both in person and over the phone Greeting and checking in patients New patient intake coordination Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Coordinating schedule changes Verifying insurance benefits with carriers Reviewing insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility with caregivers of new patients Learn and understand various funding options available for families Educate families and assist with applying for these funding options The ideal candidate will display strong skills in: Time management, organization, and prioritization Attention to detail & accuracy Verbal and written communication skills Teamwork and relationship building Flexibility to work well both independently and as a member of a team Results-oriented, self-motivated Working knowledge of EMR systems Strong computer and keyboard skills which includes MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) when working with patients or co-workers Excellent customer services skills to interact with patients in a positive, cooperative, and courteous manner
