Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment, manage appointment scheduling, and support clinical staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical record systems Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing information or directing inquiries to appropriate staff members Manage patient records, update charts, and handle documentation with precision and attention to detail Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, processing forms, and coordinating communication between patients and providers Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional and welcoming environment In this position you will split your time between the Mesa and Chandler offices Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within healthcare teams Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience with medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record management Familiarity with office software applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the healthcare industry.
