• Up to $60,000 10 Paid Holidays 4 Weeks PTO Year 1 6 Sick Days 5 CME Days + $3,000 CME Allowance DEA & Arizona License Renewal Paid Schedule 4-Day Work Week 100% Outpatient Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and assess patient health needs Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Perform routine procedures including immunizations, injections, wound care, and suturing Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system Participate in triage and clinical decision-making regarding patient care needs Requirements Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active or eligible Arizona APRN license DEA certification or eligible Prior primary care or community health experience preferred, but not required Commitment to patient-centered community healthcare New Graduates Welcome Location Florence, Arizona — Florence offers small-town charm, beautiful desert landscapes, and a slower pace of life while still being conveniently located between Phoenix and Tucson.
