We need professionals who share our vision and the commitment to see it through. As an Advanced Imaging Patient Services Specialist with OrthoArizona, you will get to: Check in patients. Schedule appointments correctly and accurately pursuant to provider scheduling protocols. Schedule appointments for CT and MRIs. Go through CT/MRI reports to make sure the Radiologist reads them. Interact with patients, family members, visitors, and members of the health care team; directs patient questions and/or complaints to appropriate department; keeps patients informed; maintain efficient patient flow during the check-in and check-out process; check in outside vendors. Schedule patients for follow-up office visits or procedures, log no-show appointments; assists in Document Management scanning and chart Indexing. Maintain and organize lobby area at the end of the day, opening and closing duties. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be Flexible to Saturdays if needed. Must be flexible to travel to our other sites (Phoenix and Gilbert)

Availability:

Monday through Thursday 7:00

• 7:00 / Friday's 7:00
• 5:30 / Saturday's 7:00
• 3:00 at NG and SG.

Medical front desk experience (1-2 years preferred)
