Job Description
Prior experience is required. (Skilled Nursing Admissions or Case Manager Assistant). Looking for a weekend assistant. Haven Health Green Valley is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn our business and help grow it. The main responsibilities of this position will include: manage relationships with hospital partners, insurance knowledge/authorizations, and review clinical referrals from outside health care facilities. The main traits/skills needed for this position are: organization, work in a fast pace environment, multi-tasking, communicate well with teammates, competitive. Haven Health Green Valley formerly Santa Rita Nursing and Rehab is a 110-bed skilled-nursing facility located in beautiful Green Valley, AZ, only 20 minutes south of Tucson. Commute is all freeway! Haven Health serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. We love hard work, laughs and are building comradery!
