Our mission is to provide an elevated, personalized experience while helping our clients feel confident, healthy, and cared for. We are a fast-growing, team-oriented practice offering services in aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight loss, and wellness. Position Overview We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Care Specialist who will play a key role in both the client experience and the clinical flow of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing schedules, patient follow-up, and wellness program coordination. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities—you will help ensure our patients stay on track with their care, from scheduling to lab follow-up, while also assisting with medical support duties within the clinic. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and create a warm, elevated in-office experience Manage scheduling for both aesthetic and wellness services Proactively review schedules and fill gaps to optimize provider productivity Coordinate follow-up for hormone replacement therapy and weight loss patients Track, schedule, and follow up on labs, including lab orders Assist providers with medical support and patient care needs Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email Support daily clinic operations and maintain front office organization Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required Previous experience in a medical office, med spa, or healthcare setting preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable managing patient follow-up and medical scheduling Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with EMR or scheduling systems preferred What We're Looking For Proactive and detail-oriented Strong sense of ownership and accountability Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve quickly Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care Why Join Wilson Aesthetics?
