Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Oncology, & Outpatient Nursing, the Outpatient Services Nurse provides nursing care to patients in the Outpatient Nursing department and in other departments as needed. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have current Arizona Registered Nurses or Compact State License Maintain current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) required or other approved educational programs. Maintains current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or other approved educational programs within six months (6) months of hire. Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form. Must have the mental and physical ability to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, the essential functions of the job. Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of full-time nursing experience in a hospital setting or equivalent. Previous Meditech experience or other related electronic records systems. Previous experience with wound care.
