  Typing at least 40 wpm and accuracy, excellent customer service skills and familiarity working in healthcare industry

Role and Responsibility:

Courtesy calls to patients to acknowledge receipt of surgical order, update HC in Telephone encounter and clear Voicemails sending report to various pods.
