In this role, you will provide expert chiropractic care tailored to patients experiencing work-related injuries, focusing on acute pain management, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical histories, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal issues related to workplace injuries Perform targeted chiropractic treatments such as trigger point therapy, spinal adjustments, and other manual therapies to alleviate acute pain and improve mobility Develop personalized care plans that incorporate physiologic understanding, medical imaging insights, and evidence-based techniques for optimal recovery outcomes Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation of symptoms and response to treatments, adjusting care strategies as needed Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and occupational safety Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the office to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches for complex cases Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements Qualifications Valid chiropractic license (D.C.) in good standing with applicable state licensing boards Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health and injury management Experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques Proficiency in acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy techniques Familiarity with occupational health principles and injury-specific care plans for workers' compensation cases Ability to interpret medical imaging results and incorporate findings into treatment protocols Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining high standards of professionalism Join our team if you're passionate about restoring health through active chiropractic interventions!
