Your Mission:

Key Responsibilities As a Medical Office Technician, you'll be essential to our operational excellence and patient satisfaction by:

Clinical & Operational Support:

Administering injections and basic treatments, performing phlebotomy service Operating medical devices such as acoustic wave therapy, medical centrifuge, and autoclave for sterilization of equipment Maintaining thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) through precise logging, charting, scanning, and uploading. Professionally managing all incoming communications. Coordinating prescription refills and new orders with pharmacies, including document faxing. Ensuring treatment rooms are meticulously clean and ready.

Patient Engagement & Flow:

Clearly explaining our diverse services, empowering new and existing patients with information. Efficiently processing patient payments. Skillfully managing appointment scheduling for PRM medical providers and our nutritionist. Work Schedule This full-time position primarily involves 8-hour shifts, Wednesday through Friday, at our Chico office. As our clinic expands, we anticipate offering additional workdays per week, presenting opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications We're seeking a candidate who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport. Proficiency with computer systems and data management. Knowledge of medical terminology. Prior experience in a medical office, EMT or hospital setting.
