We are a small, high-quality physical therapy clinic serving an active, performance-driven community, including a large military and athletic population . Our model is primarily TRICARE and cash with a few additional insurances accepted, allowing us to deliver individualized, one-on-one care without the constraints of high-volume clinics. We focus on keeping athletes training, recovering, and performing at a high level and keeping our military patients fit for duty.Position Overview:
We are looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who understands the demands of strength training, sports injuries and military populations. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, values hands-on care, and thrives in a flexible, team-oriented setting.Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat active individuals, including athletes, lifters, and military personnel Design individualized rehab programs that integrate with strength & conditioning Deliver high-quality manual therapy alongside movement-based interventions Help patients modify training rather than simply stop activity Provide clear education on load management, injury prevention, and performance Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with coaches and staff when appropriate to optimize outcomesQualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Current state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong manual therapy skills Excellent communication and ability to connect with active populations Team-oriented mindset with a high degree of flexibility Preferred (Not Required): Background in strength & conditioning (e.g., CrossFit Level 1, CSCS, or similar) Experience in a cash-based or hybrid clinic modelWhat We Offer:
