Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Patient Care Associate plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience from arrival to departure. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day front office operations. Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, ensuring all patient forms, helping facilitate GFEs, and driver's licenses are current and up to date, processing payments, assisting with retail inventory, offering beverages upon patient arrival, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space throughout the day. The Patient Care Associate will also assist patients with questions regarding memberships, treatments, and existing appointments. Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling and booking appointments, coordinating patient follow-ups and future visits, and supporting the team to ensure a seamless and elevated patient experience. We are seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, a team player, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced luxury medical aesthetic environment. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, front desk, patient coordination, or medical spa experience preferred Previous experience in a medical office, aesthetics practice, wellness clinic, luxury hospitality, or customer-facing environment is a plus Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing memberships, treatments, scheduling, and patient questions Experience processing payments and handling administrative responsibilities Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate patient documentation and records A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative Passion for self-care, wellness, and creating an elevated patient experience Job Type Full-time Pay $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM-6:00 PM Saturday availability required: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Ability to Commute Costa Mesa, CA (Required) Work Location In person
