Responsibilities:
The Director of Patient Financial Services is responsible for leading and overseeing all patient accounting functions across three acute care hospitals and affiliated entities. This role ensures the financial integrity and viability of the organization by optimizing revenue cycle performance, controlling expenses, and driving productivity within cost centers. The Director also develops and mentors a high-performing management team and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of progressive management experience in the business office setting
