We serve families across California and multiple states, and we are known for the warmth, good communication and efficiency. About This Role This is a front-facing patient experience role. You are often the first and last person a family interacts with at our clinic. Your warmth, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly in both Korean and English directly shapes how families feel about their experience with us. This is not a role for someone who just wants to check boxes. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, picks up on what a parent needs without being told, and takes pride in running things smoothly.

Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:

1:00 PM to 5:30

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday availability is required.

Compensation Starting rate:

$25 per hour. Pay increases with performance and experience. We review compensation regularly and reward staff who grow with the clinic. What you will do Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, making every family feel expected and welcome. Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication in both Korean and English. Assist with payment processing and patient paperwork. Please note that our clinic is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance, so this role does not involve any insurance or billing work. Communicate clearly with parents about clinic procedures, fees, and next steps. Support clinical staff by preparing patients for visits, including height and weight checks and X-ray preparation. Coordinate with our virtual assistants and clinic managers to keep daily operations running without gaps. Maintain accurate records and follow our documented SOPs consistently.
