About us Ambulatory Foot Care is a small business in HEALTH_CARE_MEDICAL in Garden Grove, CA. We are professional.
Our work environment includes:
Relaxed atmosphere Our organization is currently in need of an Office Assistant to join our medical-surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist medical staff with patient care. Maintain medical records and filing systems. Answer phones and take messages. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Provide administrative support to medical staff. Order and maintain medical supplies. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
