Description Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have Patient Registration insurance authorizations and verifications Collect co-pays Excellent customer service Skills front desk, customer service, scheduling, EMR, Insurance, Copays, patient demographics Top Skills Details front desk,customer service,scheduling Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/healthcare field must have experience collecting/verifying insurance Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload Bilingual spanish/english HIGHLY preferred, but not a must Must have strong computer skills Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendora, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
