7/18/2026 Skills Required Primary (Must-Have): Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant, Enrollment Specialist, Patient Services Representative (PSR), or in a high-end sales/customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional demeanor and presentation Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality Strong attention to detail and accuracy Secondary (Good to Have): Experience with Epic / CS-Link Understanding of medical terminology Previous experience in healthcare, concierge medicine, or patient enrollment programs Experience working directly with patients in a clinical or healthcare setting Position Overview The Program Liaison serves as a key point of contact for patients interested in concierge medical service programs. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient communications, providing information regarding membership plans, facilitating enrollment, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with patients while supporting administrative and patient-facing activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding concierge medical service plans. Provide accurate information and answer patient questions regarding program offerings, benefits, and enrollment requirements. payment links, informational brochures, enrollment packets, and related program materials to prospective patients. Process enrollment paperwork and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Confirm patient enrollment and maintain accurate records within designated systems. Assist with patient check-in activities during staff lunches and breaks. Provide patient chaperoning support as needed during lunches and breaks. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with patients and healthcare providers. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Perform additional administrative and program support duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of recent experience in one of the following: Executive Assistant Enrollment Specialist Patient Services Representative (PSR) High-End Sales or Customer Service Role Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Epic and/or CS-Link. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience within healthcare, patient access, or concierge medicine environments. Previous patient-facing experience in a clinical setting. Work Environment Onsite healthcare environment in Los Angeles, CA. Frequent interaction with patients, providers, and administrative staff.
