SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

Monday through Friday outpatient schedule No nights No weekends No call responsibilities Approximately 20-24 patients daily Outpatient Women's Health and Primary Care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient women's health services and preventative care Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, education, and follow-up care Manage acute and chronic health conditions within a collaborative care environment Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and continuity of care services Maintain accurate documentation and quality compliance standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Requirements:

Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

REQUIRED

Active California NP or PA license

REQUIRED

Active and unrestricted

DEA REQUIRED

Master of Science degree

REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience

REQUIRED

Outpatient Women's Health or Primary Care experience strongly preferred Compassionate, patient-centered clinical approach
